This is paid via BACS transfer.
Below is an illustration of the booking fee per inflatable booked, please note this is an illustration for guidance only and we will advise you of your individual booking fee at the time of booking.
£50 to £250 (£15)
£250 to £500 (£50)

Once your booking fee is paid, the remaining cost can be paid either by cash on delivery or BACS transfer. If you would prefer, the remaining balance can be paid before you event/Party via the BACS system.
Do I pay a cancellation fee?
If you cancel 7 days prior to your party/event the booking fee will be taken as a cancellations fee.
A cancellations fee of 50% of the total cost will be chargeable, if cancelled without a minimum of 24 hours notice from the start of your event/party.
Cancellations for Health and Safety reasons, such as adverse weather conditions can be made by NBK Leisure Ltd on the day. This will enable your booking fee to be transferred to another date and remains valid for 12 months from your original event/party date and is subject to availability.
What areas do we deliver to?
NBK leisure Ltd is based in Stanley, Co Durham.
For smaller garden parties etc. we cover most of Co. Durham, parts of Northumberland, Newcastle and Sunderland.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime, however bookings get very busy so it’s best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. The early you book the better chance you have of getting the inflatables you want on your preferred date.
What do the prices include?
The price given includes local Delivery (small charge may be applied for out of area hires, this will have been quoted at the time of booking), set up/assembly and collection. Included in the set up are an electric blower, extension cables, pegs and safety mats.
When are your bouncy castles available?
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How long do you get the equipment for?
A normal hire time is 5 hours and can be booked anytime from 7am-7pm.
What is your latest collection time?
7pm however we can do later pickups or overnight hire however this needs to be confirmed at the time of booking.
What if it’s raining and my inflatable was to be outdoors?
If the forecast is for rain most or all of the day, we will call you on the morning and ask if you would still like the castle delivered and your booking fee will be transferred as per cancellation policy.
It is advised that inflatables are not safe once the inflatable bed is wet. Some castles have rain covers, however these are not designed to keep the castles dry in heavy downpours. Please note that the rain cover will leak in when you bounce on the bed, as the roof moves and rain will leak in.
We will use the Met office app with the delivery postcode to check the forecast for the day. The decision for an event/booking to be cancelled is final, as health and safety is our no1 priority.
What if it’s windy and my inflatable is outdoors?
Bouncy castles/ Inflatables cannot be used in winds/gusts of over 24mph and we will cancel the booking to ensure the safety of all participants. We will use the Met office app with the delivery postcode to check the forecast for the day. Our decision is final as health and safety is our no1 priority.
How long does it take to set up/take down the inflatable?
Each Bouncy castle/slide takes about 15/20 minutes to setup/takedown depending on access and locations; however this is just an estimate.
Some of the large inflatables can take about 30/45 minutes to setup.
Can the bouncy castle be setup on a slope?
If your garden is on a slight slope it may be possible, however please contact us before booking and we might request images or a site visit.
What about insurance?
We have £5million Public Liability insurance which covers accidents which is proven to have been our fault; such as equipment failure or failing to set the equipment up correctly causing injury.
Please Note, the hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is appropriate adult supervision of the inflatable or equipment, ensuring the people are using the equipment correctly and safely, at all times.
What surfaces can the inflatables be setup on?
Outdoors the bouncy castles or inflatables need to be set up on a grassed area to allow them to be anchored down correctly. Please bear in mind, a bouncy castle requires a minimum of 6 pegs to anchor it corrected.
If the equipment were to be placed on solid surfaces such as tarmac, concrete, block paving etc you would require 163kg per anchor point. Due to this, we would not take bookings for this terrain as it is not very practical to carry over 1 tonne of sandbags to anchor the castle. These guidelines are essential as winds can alter the stability of the unit and pose a significant health and safety risk.
Indoors the bouncy castles or inflatables can go on any surface and sandbags will be used to stabilise the unit to prevent it from moving around.
Do you hire overnight?
Yes, overnight hire is accepted. However it must be in a secure locked rear garden or indoors and the customer will be responsible for the security of the equipment. This needs to be agreed at time of booking and is subject to availability. Please be aware we may need to pick the equipment up from 7am the next morning depending on where the inflatable is on hire the next day.
Do you do multiple day hire?
Yes, a multiple day hire is possible however would have to be in a secure locked rear garden or indoors and the customer will be responsible for the security of the equipment. This needs to be agreed at time of booking and is subject to availability. Please be aware we may need to pick the equipment up from 7am the next morning depending on where the inflatable is on hire the next day.
What should I do before you arrive?
Bouncy castles/Inflatables are delivered on a sack barrow so we will need clear access to your garden. Any access will need to be at least 3ft wide. Please make sure the grassed area is free of debris, any garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, wheelie bins and any animal mess is cleared off all the grassed area. We reserve the right to cancel the booking on arrival if the grass has visible animal faeces; to ensure the health and safety of our staff and hygiene of our inflatables.
Can a Bouncy castle be taken through the house for setup, if no side entrance?
Some of our bouncy castles can fit through a standard door, so should not be a problem, however some items are large, and we would not be able to do this due to the risk of damage to your house.
Please advise us at the time of booking if this is your only option and we will advise which inflatables would go through the doors.
NBK Leisure Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst taking an inflatable through your property. It is advised that all walkways are clear and accessible to ensure the risk of damage is limited. Please also consider that we cannot be held responsible for damage to carpets or paintwork and would advise that carpets are covered appropriately.
Do you provide supervision/staffing?
Yes, we can provide staff at an extra charge.
Some items (e.g. Rodeo Bull) must come with a member of staff, which is included in the price.
Please note, the supervisor is there to supervise the inflatable and is not allowed to take/handle money, which you may want to charge.
If supervision is required for your event you will need 1 supervisor per inflatable as a minimum. Please discuss this at time of booking as some large inflatables may require more than one supervisor.
Additionally, NBK Leisure Ltd supervisors have been briefed in the safe use of the inflatable. It is at the supervisor’s discretion whether a participant is allowed to use the inflatable and the supervisor’s decision is final. The participant will be verbally told why they are unable to participate based on health and safety requirements for safe use of the inflatable. For example, inappropriate behaviour that is likely to cause harm, offense or injury, the participant appears alcohol/substance intoxicated or the participant is below or above the recommended height restriction for safe use.
Uniform/Dress Code?
NBK Leisure Ltd staff will come in uniform or Hi-Vis vests with our Logo displayed.
However, we often work with other event companies they may prefer us to wear unmarked clothing and have unmarked vehicles, this is also possible however we need to be informed at the time of booking.
Corporate dress code can also be worn if requested.
