How do I book?

The preferred method is by telephoning us, alternatively you can email or you can complete the booking form on the bookings page.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy over the summer months, so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

How much does it cost?

Please see the price list page for all prices. Prices may vary depending on times/supervision/power required.

What do the prices include?

All inflatable booking prices include local delivery. A small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also a receive a blower, extension cable and safety crash mat. The prices also includes set up, inflation and collection.

When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week, all year round, including Bank Holidays.

How long do I get the equipment for?

A normal hire period is 4-5 hours, unless otherwise agreed prior.

Do you hire overnight?

Under certain circumstances this can be arranged, please contact us.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required.

How do I pay?

Most people choose to pay cash or cheque on delivery, we do not accept credit car payments.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime up until 10am on the date of your event in the event of bad weather. However we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible.

What if it rains?

If your event is outdoors and you wish to cancel your booking due to poor weather conditions you must contact us before 10am on the day to cancel (there will be no charge for this).

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

Yes, please contact us to discuss.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

Can inflatables be hired for indoor use?

Venue permitting, due to height/size restrictions, all inflatables can be used indoors as they are secured using sandbags if deemed necessary.

Do inflatables need to be on grass?

Inflatables can go on any solid surface, such as: concrete, tarmac, block paving, decking etc. As all inflatables can be secured using sandbags if deemed necessary.

Are all inflatables suitable for adults?

There are some inflatables that are not suitable for adult use. Please contact us for further details.

Are all inflatables suitable for children?

There are some inflatables that are not suitable for use by children, this is usually age and weight permitted. Please contact us for further details.
